Applications: soft drinks and juices, syrups, pickles/brines, sauces and condiments, jams and bakery.
Directions: dissolve in process water, then add under stirring; best efficacy in acidic media (pH ≤ 4.5).
Typical dosage: 0.05% to 0.10% w/w (check local regulatory limits). Efficacy decreases as pH increases.
Store in a cool, dry place in tightly closed containers, protected from moisture. Typical shelf life: up to 2 years under recommended conditions.
