Dissolve in 10 times its weight of water and add homogeneously before the final filtration step.
Dosing guideline: to supply 1 g/hL of sulfur dioxide (SO₂), add 2 g/hL of potassium metabisulfite.
Note: product is subject to oenological regulations (check current legislation; EU 2019/934).
Keep in the original, tightly closed packaging, in a cool, clean, dry and odor‑free area. Observe the best‑before date on the package. Use promptly after opening.
