Press activated by the pressure of a water supply from an aqueduct system or a well system at a maximum pressure of 3 Bar. All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The basket tilts forward to facilitate the cloth extraction at the end of the pressing period. It can be used to press apples, pears, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and a multitude of berries.
