Elnova is the official Quebec distributor for Jenrey's equipment. Among these is the popular "Tunnel of Love," which heats the product to a pasteurization temperature of 66°C (150°F) in a tunnel, then holds it at that temperature for a defined period before being cooled to stop pasteurization. The duration of the 66°C hold is determined by the production team and measured in pasteurization units (PUs), where 1 PU corresponds to the lethal effect on microorganisms after one minute at 66°C. The user-friendly interface allows for efficient observation and manipulation of the process. These are modular single-level pasteurizer systems, enabling capacity increases by adding sections as production demand grows.
