The Vacuum Cap is a semi-automatic vacuum capper designed for sealing glass jars with Twist-Off metal caps. Ideal for shelf-stable food packed at room temperature without thermal treatment, it preserves product freshness by reducing oxidation and creating a vacuum seal.

The system allows fine adjustment of both vertical capping pressure and vacuum level, ensuring consistent and secure sealing. The operation is ergonomic and user-friendly: the jar is placed in a PVC guide, and with a two-button safety press, the head lowers, applies vacuum, and seals the lid in one motion.

Highly versatile, the capper accommodates a wide variety of jar shapes and Twist-Off caps without mechanical spindle adjustments, thanks to interchangeable PVC cylinders.
