Description

GAI now offers a volumetric rotary canning line able to fill and seam 12 000 cans/h. The volumetric filling valve avoids any return of the product into the tank, excluding any possible contamination and oxidation of product inside the vessel. The filling volume is adjustable from the control panel without manual intervention, depending on the capacity of the container.

The filling cycle is set through the control panel and it does not require any manual intervention on the filler. Saving cycles and recalling them simplifies and speeds up the changing format operation, thus enabling a more uniform production.

Its dummy cans system for CIP also makes it an easy-to-clean machine to maximize production time.
